Overview
I had a couple deck ideas for this scenario after my last play of it. I decided to try none of them. Instead, I played a game with Carl (He keeps Grant and I honest in our playthroughs) where he played a Thengel Rohan Discard deck. I built a Eagle – Rohan Last Alliance deck that would use the contract to keep readying Gwaihir hero off Carl’s discards. It was fun so I decided to build a new solo Eagle Rohan Last Alliance with a big focus on readying. Also a location control sub-theme for Crowded Track since it wrecked me last time.

I’m going to call this here and hope things work out better next game.
Postmortem
It was already not looking good. Rider could kill my Winged Guardian. I won’t get Thengel to trigger or be able to use Gamling to get it back. Gwaihir and Thengel don’t have enough attack to kill the Rider. It will go back to the staging area for the next turn. They’ll be on stage 3 while I’m on stage 1. Next turn they will at least get to stage 4. I might get to stage 2.
